Program Overview
“Leading People” is a dynamic leadership exploration designed for Team Leaders. Together with a group of your peers, you will explore new ways of being and working to help your team deliver results.
This program meets leaders right where they are, wherever they work. It expertly weaves together online learning, guided workshops, peer coaching, and on-the-job application for an impactful learning journey that will elevate your personal performance, as well as the teams you lead.
Our virtual experiences include 4 guided workshops and a Summit Session that are facilitated by a live instructor, along with online learning, a DISC assessment, and on-the-job application prompts. This learning journey takes place over an 8-week period.

More About The Program
Prior to the workshops, learners will be invited to complete online prep work that helps them engage with the content during a time that works best for their schedule. We provide them with online articles, videos, interactive exercises, and reflection prompts that fuel them with insights and encourage them to engage and share in the live sessions.
During the workshops, participants will explore foundational team leadership capabilities with our highly experienced faculty. Our Guides expertly guide the dialogue with questions, frameworks, and relevant stories that keep learners engaged. In the breakout sessions, participants have the opportunity to practice their new skills and receive feedback from their Peer Learning Circle.
After the workshops, we give learners “Application Prompts” — this is an opportunity for them to more deeply digest and practice the concepts we covered. This approach is proven to increase retention and accelerate the practical use of learning through action. We provide multiple application ideas which encourage the learner to “try on” their new skills back at work.
Coaching Options: We offer additional 1:1 coaching to supplement learning in the Leading People program.

The cost of the Leading People Program is $1995 USD
Price includes cost of assessments, learning materials, team engagement tools, and live workshops.
The In-Person experience price also covers Conference Center fees, lunch and breakfast. Hotel accommodations and travel expenses are not included in the program fee.

We had our top designers build this program. We put our most in-demand content into it. And we have some of the very best facilitators in the world leading it.
Ultimately, leaders will only get out of this program what THEY put into the experience. We require participants to complete a minimum of 80% of the program to receive their certificate of completion. If leaders are unable to make this commitment, this may not be the right program for them at this time.
