Jutta Schultejans is a personal and leadership development designer, facilitator and coach. Her major focus is on personal development and improving the connection between people and their teams. She brings 28 years of talent development experience in a large international organization and has over 20 years of training and coaching experience. Most important in her work is to create a psychologically safe atmosphere in any training, workshop or coaching setting so participants can be incredibly open and honest and create a strong connection with each other.

My Background
After finishing my studies as a professional translator for Spanish and French, I started to work in Germany at Jeppesen, a future Boeing Subsidiary. After 10 years of working with airlines around the world, my career has taken me into the area of learning and development by coincidence or destiny – who knows?! Over my career I have had the freedom to travel around the world from Singapore to Europe to Montreal and work with leaders on topics such as coaching, crucial conversations, values, culture, change, team development and much more.
I started my freelance business in 2014 (part-time) and since 2020 I am a fully self-employed coach and facilitator working for a wonderful variety of organisations around the world.

When I Am Not Working
I live in the center of Germany, northwest of Frankfurt am Main. My two girls are studying abroad and I live here with my partner. My parents live in our little town as well which makes it easy to visit on a regular basis while they are getting older.
When I am not working, I go for runs in the woods with my ladies running group (we always have the best and deepest conversations while running!) or work with the local Scouts group where I was president for over 20 years. Helping young kids to grow and develop (including my own kids) was always important to me. I also enjoy connecting people or simply being with people, having good and deep conversations, and maybe a nice glass of red wine.
Another passion is playing the clarinet in a local winds orchestra – the connection created by music makes me extremely happy and grateful. We all started together 10 years ago with absolutely zero knowledge about how to play our instruments. When I travel I take our old VW Bulli Campervan for a road trip with my partner or I go hiking (favorite place: South Tyrol, Italy) or Skiing (favorite place: Tirol, Austria).
