I’ve always been drawn to the moments where leadership meets transformation -those pivotal points where individuals and organizations can either grow or stay stagnant. For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals and teams turn these moments into growth opportunities. Whether working with tech start-ups, global nonprofits, or national corporations, my focus has been on creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and included.
This people-centered approach became a cornerstone of my career early on at Digi International, where I transitioned into HR and leadership roles and saw firsthand how creating supportive environments drives engagement and growth. As my career path evolved, I entered the world of healthcare when I joined Park Nicollet, where I expanded my expertise in recruitment, employee relations, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, leadership development, and executive coaching, further shaping my perspective on effective leadership. These foundational experiences continue to influence my work today as I guide leaders through complex transitions and help them create inclusive cultures.

When I’m Not Working …
You can find me singing and baking in the kitchen with my daughter, enjoying the outdoors with my family, and listening to live music! As a semi-professional vocalist, I love the music scene in Austin, TX. Before moving here, I grew up in the Twin Cities, singing with jazz and funk bands. The joys that music and art bring are truly unmatched! I’m also a lifelong athlete who believes in the power of fitness to cultivate both physical strength and mental resilience. I love filling my life with these moments of joy and connection!
