My Background
I’m a “seasoned” organizational effectiveness consultant and I like to bring skills and tools to my clients — from diagnostics and work prioritization, to business process redesign, and strategy planning and delivery. I work closely with leaders to support them at key decision milestones and help thoroughly consider the talent, cultural, and change management implications of their organizational design, process and systems choices.
Additionally, I like to think I have a niche approach for developing manager and leadership skills. I’ll help leaders in various points in their career including new managers, leaders with management challenges, and high potential team members who can benefit from clear and constructive feedback.
Whether through development programs for large groups or executive coaching I make sure to use discussions, activities and practical application to create specific action plans so leaders will role model and reinforce the desired skills and behaviors unique to an organization’s culture and expectations for success.
Why I Work
“I work because I enjoy the challenge of getting people to open up and talk about their vulnerabilities so that we can work together to get to the root of the challenges that block teams from becoming high performing. The cherry on top is when teams can point to specific data points to show how changes they’ve applied based on the work we did together has moved the needle on key performance metrics – both qualitative and quantitative.”

When I Am Not Working
I live in Needham, Massachusetts – about twenty minutes outside of Boston with my husband, Chris and our three children – Jordyn (20), Lucas (15) and Emmy (13). Taking long walks is my key to sanity during an especially hectic day especially when I swing by Starbucks. I also love tennis but would still label myself a “strong” beginner. I’m obsessed with podcasts and Audible and find that for me doing mundane chores become much more tolerable when listening to an episode/chapter (or two or three!)
Someday I’d love to write a novel. I have a vision of sitting in front of the computer typing away with a glass of Savignon Blanc, in a cozy room with a fire in the fireplace. I’m looking forward to that “some day” happening!
