My Background

Since starting my career in the corporate world over 30 years ago, I have had the great privilege to work for some of the best firms on the planet – Levi Strauss & Co, Sun Microsystems/Oracle, Sony, Intel/McAfee, Google, and most recently, a couple of well funded Tech and BioPharma Start-ups.  I’ve traveled the world opening new offices across the US, Asia, and PanEMEA and have helped organizations scale for growth and restructure during times of transition.

I have also had the privilege of working as on internal leadership coach at Oracle, McAfee/Intel, Sony and Google.

I’m passionate about leadership and am fully aware of the impact that effective leadership can have on both the employee experience and on the bottom line.  I’m an advocate for executive wellbeing -- a grounded, balanced human makes for a better leader. The past few years have helped to support this philosophy in a significant way.

While working full time as an HR Leader, I have also focused on gaining additional knowledge in the area of talent and leadership development, earning my M.A. in Organization Development and Leadership as well as acheiving numerous other certifications.
